From our new Participant Resources page, you can access information to answer all of the top questions we have received about any of the measurements offered by GrassrootsHealth. Check it out!

From the Participant Resources page you will find links to additional resource pages for each of the tests offered as part of the GrassrootsHealth D*action project, containing information such as “How to interpret your result, common questions, and next steps to take,” “How to read your results” with screenshots of the charts and tables used to present your data, and a description of the target or reference range and how to help improve your level.
There are also answers for questions such as what to do if a level is too low or too high compared to what may have been expected, how to choose the best supplements and/or foods to help improve levels, what to look for if there are concerns of toxicity, when to re-test, and what signs, symptoms or health concerns might be related to that measurement. You can also see the levels of other participants charted at the bottom of each results resource page.
